Ok so lately I've been obsessed with going to the beach... but i live in massachusetts and its freezing. Last year, when i got this feeling, i read the book "Summer Boys" by Hailey Abbott and I loved it so much. Do you know of a book like that for a 14 year old girl? Thanks guys.

You might try the sequel Summer Boys 2: Next Summer or After Summer both by Hailey Abbott. And Sarah Dessen's That Summer is pretty good too...I can't remember if it's set at the beach or not...but it's definitely a "summer" book with romance in it.

Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants by Ann Brashers
There's also this series about a summer lake town but I don't remember what it's called.
Also try Sarah Dessen books.
