What materials would protect yeast from UV-induced mutations?

I know it's an odd question, but I need to come up with some ideas for this to do an experiment for my college genetics course. Any help would be very, very appreciated :)

You could try anything.

Saran wrap
Tin Foil
Water (contained in a sealed environment between two sheets of acrylic)
Air, in an equal-sized acrylic container (for a control to make sure it's not the acrylic doing the protecting)
Lead sheeting
wood
Brick
Glass
