What are the chances of an Aerospace engineer with a Ph.d degree to work at NASA(any section but preferebly the design section)?

let's say he\she got his\her Ph.d from a good American University.

0% unless you go to happened to have gone to an amazing school, have contacts, and work your a** off for 6 years. NASA is very, very, very hard to get into. dont mean to sound like a downer though.follow your dreams!

It depends on where that "Good" american university was. But if you have a high GPA, then its possible.
