Spawn is similiar to Ghost Rider, in the fact that they are both demons and they where sent to earth to do a job for there master and both turned against there masters. Vengence is a character based off Ghost Rider..he has a flaming skull and rides a motocycle too..I think he was created in the early 90's.

phantom rider,he was the first to go by the name ghost rider, and the second ghost rider, Daniel Ketch who is actually Ghost rider's (Johnny Blaze) brother.
