Have Sex.
Just kidding...track your ovulation using an ovulation predictor kit. Have sex every other day (NOT every day...sperm have to regenerate) for the whole week in which your ovulating day lies. I started having sex 4 days before, and stopped 4 days afterward. Poof! I'm 4 months pregnant.
Also, keep your man out of tighty-whities. Don't immediately get up after sex. Make sure you're taking in enough calories (about 1300 at least).

find out when your most fertile usually 10-14 days after your period, have lots of sex and make sure he n uts in you!!!! and as for jacob ..congrats on being a homo your whole life
