Why is it teenagers get off so easy even when it comes to murder?

Now if i were to be selling dope i would get locked up for 25 years but let a little teenager kill a baby and bury it alive and they only get 25 hours of community service. What is wrong with the law and these idiotic teenagers?

Its begginning to be just as bad for teen age killings as adults. I LOVE watching forensic files, and cold case files, and all of that! But I know what u mean! Sometimes a kid gets until they r 21 and then released and they killed 2 people! Im sorry but when I was 15 I KNEW it was wrong to kill someone! They should get tried as adults! Now a days it seems like they r stepping up a little more and giving them life. Thats like guys who have sex with a student and they get 20 years in prison but a woman who has sex with a student she gets probation? Hmmmmmmmmm SORRY we wanted equal rights- take the bad rights too!

Well it says that the baby was not born alive and the coroner can not prove otherwise so technically it was not murder. What she did was wrong but I could not imagine being 14 and pregnant all alone as she was obviously scared to tell anyone and on top of that gave birth to a dead child.

adults get off real easy sometimes too so its not just teens i read the story about the teen who buried her child it was stupid and sick. She should have told someone she was pregnant and maybe the baby was still alive today. But if you ask me i believe the get got scared of what people would say and also her parents.. now i had my daughter at 18 and still people talked crap about me. It just goes to show you people should keep their mouth SHUT
