Maybe not sat at my desk but today............... a prospective tenant is coming to view the house so .......got out of bed - it broke.....as did the washer.......realised there was a burst pipe out side my front door......water pouring in..........water heater exploded........carpet shrunk.........man came to fix gas thingy........expensive new part....realised for some reason water was pouring in from the third floor through to the second floor all over the couch, hoover broke..........I could go on but I have had to have several glasses of wine.............
