How do I remove the instrument panel from a 97 eldorado without breaking something?

I've been having a very difficult time and I'm afraid I may break the panel in my frustration. I need to replace the cluster, its just so hard to get to.There must be an easy way (the right way) to do this.

You REALLY need to get your hands on a Mitchel Repair Manual.
There are a lot or steps and connections. If you don't have a reference book.... think twice about doing this!
