Is it worth repairing a blown out pa system? Would it cost to much?

depends on what has been 'blown out' - but it could be as simple as a fuse (cheap) or a shorted output stage, wiping out a number of components (expensive).... expect as little as $30 to over $200... ballparking.

It depends on make and model, age, and really what you mean by blown out.
All parts are not the same cost, you know.
