Rylan Thomas for a boy. I like the name Rylan a lot, it sounds good with a solid name such as Thomas, with a different middle name I might not like it
Ethan James is also good but it is more common
Audrey Rae- definitely. Audrey is my favorite name. Rae is simple & cute and I like the way it is spelled.
Josie Alexis- isn't bad but Josie isn't a name that will easily grow up with a girl. I picture a Josie as a girl not a sophisticated career woman but it goes well with Alexis. They seem to balance each other out well.

Rylan Thomas and Josie Alexis..
I think Ethan and James are a little too overused for my taste, and Rylan just sounds cool, and Thomas goes with it and your last name...
For the girls, I've always loved Josie and Alexis.. Audrey just isn't my cup of tea, and I don't like Rae at all, it's too... plain and masculine (I just think of a man's name, like Ray).. but Josie Alexis is wonderful! :)

Audrey Rae is pretty. I thought it was Ryan Thomas at first. I like that, not Rylan. If it's Rylan, I'd go with Ethan James.

I like Audrey and I like Ethan. Rylan is too close to Ryan and the child will undoubtedly be correcting everyone for the rest of his life.
I am wondering why you are considering Rae as a middle name. It is my middle name and other than 2 other girls, I can't say I know anyone with that name. ( I know plenty of guys with the middle name Ray though, my Dad included.)
