i am having a baby girl in 3 months.. The first name WILL be Heaven but i need a middle name.. Thats starts with an S.. I would actully lik one middle name with an S, then one with another letter...

With a 1st name like Heaven, the middle name needs to be simple, Sintra is way to heavy it takes away from Heaven. Kinda cliche, but I think it's cute:

I have to agree with those tha chose Sent for the Middle name. If you are going to name the child Heaven, you might as wel go all the way with ; Heaven Sent Angel

DON'T do that to a kid. She'll get called HEAVE and teased about the name in more ways than one. Kids can be mean.
Try something that starts with the "S" like Saline or Susan and then use Heaven as a middle name.
You may like the name, but she is going to HATE it.
