he maybe needs to have his sperm count checked. its not the end of the world though if you can't have a baby. there are so many unwanted babies out there that need a good loving home. it may not be your blood but my guess is if you end up having to adopt you will fall in love with any baby you get and love him or her just the same!! good luck and God Bless!

my situation was exactly the same as yours... we never used protection, i lived with my bf for 4 years now... after a while he didnt even pull out anymore, i thought i couldnt have kids because i never got pregnant.... well i ended up getting pregnant at not such a great time lol.. wasnt even worried about getting pregnant!!, but now im 35 weeks and very excited so, basically im trying to say that you most likely can get pregnant, when the time is right it will happen... you should get an ovulation predictor test at the drug store, and also after intercourse you should stay in bed for about 30 minutes..ive also heard it helps to elevate your legs higher than your hips so the sperm can travel better...good luck!!

My husband and I were married 8 years before I got pregnant. For your peace of mind you can ask him to have a test done with his doctor (a sperm count) then you can relax and let life take its course. Stress puts a lot of pressure on you and it may be interfering with your body, also it's always a good idea to replenish your body by eating healthy and cutting bad habits (if you have any). Talk to your doctor if you have any concerns, having some tests done may ease up your mind. I would ask my doctor to schedule one. If you are trying to get pregnant look into basic fertility methods like temperature.
Good luck

What you should do before you start any kind of fertility treatment including for your husband, which is very invasive and costs a lot of money, is get and read the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility, by Toni Weschler. You should be able to get it at your library. It is a very informative book and has helped many women achieve pregnancy after years of trying.

More than likely he has a low sperm count. He needs to see a doctor and get a full check up. You may have to take a more technological route to getting pregnant.

Your husband can go for a sperm analysis. Talk to your Dr about it. My hubby had one...where I live you take your lab requisition and your ample in a closed container (supplied by your DR) we asked the lab what times they accepted samples and delivered at that time. Nothing to it

Have him call his GP about getting a sperm count done. This is probably the best place to start since your GYN has told you that you have nothing that precludes you from becoming pregnant.

if he's open to it, just go have him talk with the doc. he may have a low sperm count, or (have you had any children from him before?) he may be sterle, infertile, or have "bad pipes" so to speak! or small chance your cycle and his mojo don't meet at the perfect time.... maybe just bad luck! (not in a bad way!). its not HARD to get pregnent if everything norm, but its not always EXACLTY LIKE CLOCKWORK, lol.

Go to a fertility specialist. They will help you much more than yahoo answers, and they will be able to test your husband's sperm to see if it's him.

He has to go to the doctor so that he can take some fertility tests just to make sure.
