It is unlikely that you will ever be able to ejaculate again, but you should still be able to have an erection which may be reduced and not last long enough to be much use.Nothing can be done about it as the laser surgery will have destroyed the ability of the prostate to function as it is intended to.

They should have explained the potential side effects. There is not normally any way to restore function after such an operation, but check with your urologist. Much depends on what was damaged, when the operation was etc.

hi mate, i did not have laser surgery but i did have a problem like you described. Are you on any tablets for this ? After using tablets, i am now fully back to normal, so it is possible.

no from experience it goes back into the bladder and after a year or so nothing and that side of your life is finished

This sounds like you have retrograde ejaculation. where the sperm gets ejaculated back into the bladder you will probably find that your urine looks cloudy because of this.
