HI...in msconfig.exe - what should I be sure not to delete (at startup) on windows xp.?

My system is really slow and trying to stop things from startup.

I use the program "Chameleon Startup Manager" for it.

It disables any startup programs and fully controls startup by selecting the programs to be launched, while customizing the startup settings (ie how often and when programs should be launched, etc).

Anything Microsoft and anything with c:\ do not delete that's what my computer teacher told me collage not high school
