Hi..

Before you spread the foundation, pass an ice cube on your face to close the pores so that sweat does'nt mess it up.. Put foundation on your nose, chin, cheeks & forehead. Spread the foundation using a wet soft sponge (use either water or rosewater if you're not allergic).

Best of Luck

First you need to make sure the foundation is the right one for your skin tone. and that it is also oil free.
If it is liquid you are using, you can use a makeup sponge or your finger tips. If using the sponge remember a little goes a long way. Gently rub on your face in a circular motion upwards not down. very similar motion when using your fingers too. Just put a little on your finger tips. When using powder it is a little better, it tends to blend in better. But after applying the liquid foundation, use a liitle loose powder or press powder(face powder) to set your make up.
Hope it works .If not ask a cosmetician

I can only tell you what I do, and I do not have those little dots. I think it has to do with your skin type, and you might need more, or less, moisturizer before foundation. Get a foundation for your skin type, dry, normal, oily. And after applying foundation and blending well, put on pressed powder to set it all. See if that works.

honestly...the best answer to your question is to STOP using liquid foundation!!! the best makeup you can put on your face is bare essentuals. it's a power makeup and it really blends in nicely!!!! you won't have to worry about your make-up line any longer!!!
i switched to bare essentuals like 2 years ago, and i couldn't have been happier!!! :)
