Runescape Rare Items, Could I have One Please?

Question

Well, I've been playing Runescape for a while now. I just never was able to get a hold on a Rare Item. About a week back I hit my first 1 million mark. I'm still a long ways off before I got to be able to get a Rare Item. I wouldn't be asking this as much, but I just got my first job, and don't have much time to spend on this game anymore. I'm balancing school, family, and work.

If you would be kind enough to let me have a Rare Item (Party Hat, Santa Hat, Masks), I would really appreciate it. If not, I understand.

Rare items are either given away during a holiday thing and become rare a few months later, are member items, or can be gotten when defeating a hard monster.

I know party hats and the brown feathered cap are rewards you can get from treasure trails which are only available if you're a member.

Personally, I don't like people who ask for items, simply because most of them don't know how much others put into the game to get it. Nobody is going to part with a rare item without some compensation.

Besides, if you do not have much time to spend on the game, you will not be able to really enjoy a rare item (assuming you get one)

haha just kidding. most rare items were given out as promotional gifts. if someone has them still they might sell it but you can't find them anywhere.
