..... one of us is absolutely WRONG?

as long as you agree on a common definition of exactly what you respectively do believe in then yes one of must be right and the other must be wrong.

Now, if there is 'ambiguity' in your beliefs and you don't respectively agree and disagree on exactly the same thing then there's room for partial correctness.

Yes, you are absolutely wrong.
By definition a UFO is an Unidentified Flying Object.
By definition "unidentified" means that the flying object has yet to be identified.
By Definition, any flying object that has not been identified is a UFO.

There are UFOs.

You may wish to rephrase the question more like this:

"I think that UFOs are absolutely NOT piloted by aliens from another planet...." etc.

as long as you both are defining UFO as the same thing then yes, one of you is wrong. If there's UFO's (according to how I'm defining it) then there is life somewhere in the universe outside of earth- There either is or there isn't, to say that you both are right or both of are wrong is an impossibilty.

I once had a conversation with a friend ;0). He was winning hands down. Then I said " Don't you know women are always right?" He couldn't argue that and let me win. So just know women are always right. Even if they aren't. LOL ;0);0);0)

I would say that if no one can prove that either of you are wrong, then both of you are not absolutely wrong. But you're also not absolutely right unless you can prove yourself right.
