belly dancing is never a good look for any man. I would never do it.

Yes there are plenty of videos on YouTube if you search for male belly dancer, also google the same. There is some guy teaching a class, and he is excellent, but I think it is in the states. I went to a club in London at Christmas which was middle eastern, and they had a lady belly dancer, one guy got up and danced with her and he was stunning.... wish I was that good! Sigh.... not sure about classes, again search google, and chat to the teachers. All I will say is some classes being mainly female may feel intimidated by a male joining their class. My class is totally mixed, age and size wise, and I don't think some of the ladies would come back if we had a man with us.......

Yes, there are definitely male bellydancers. And many are unbelievably awesome.They dance slightly differently than women bellydancers, so you would want specific training on how to dance. I don't know of any in your area, but I think you should definitely find a way to do it. Maybe try contacting bellydance teachers in the area and ask them. It is an amazing art!

Yes men can and do bellydance. In fact, the first good bellydancer I happened to see in my life was a man. His show was absolutely captivating. Male bellydancing looks different to me than female, so you will have to do some research and find out if they get the same training or they need to go do separate classes. Sorry I have no answer to the second part of your question.

I don't see why not; you have the same skeleton and muscles; it's just the wobbly bits that are different. You should go for it.
The class I go to is all female though this might be because no men are interested.

Some men dance fantastic. Especially in some cultures. wow. i have seen some indian movies, they move so fantastic....

Yes, in the recent few years men began to belly dance, but the other people thinks they are gays.
so i don't advise you to take this risk.
