I am from the Bay Area. In my opinion these are the best bakeries in San Jose or around Bay Area, their eclairs are to die for:

These are just a few, the ones I think are good. The last one I listed there: Aki's Bakery. I don't know if they have eclairs since I only pay attention to their cakes. You can call & ask them. The staff is friendly. I know one thing, that they are famous for their cakes & they are so good! The first 2 listings definitely has eclairs. I hope it's what you were looking for. GOOD LUCK!

Fleur de Cocoa in Los Gatos on Santa Cruz Avenue near the movie theater. They have the best desserts all round and the best hot chocolate! Yummmmmm!
