1. Try to keep your eyebrows thin to maximize the eye area. Thick bushy eyebrows are too empowering and will only make your eyes even smaller. You can also try using bleaching your eyebrows a little or using a lighter brow gel.
2. Use eyeshadow on both your eyelid and under your lower lashes. Blend the shadow on the upper lid from the centre outwards, curving it upwards towards the brow in the shape of a wing.

3. When you line your bottom lashline with a dark color, try to line the part where your lashes start and not the inner rim. Lining the inner rim can make your eyes smaller.

4. Increasing the white area in your eyes will also make your eyes look bigger. You can do this by lining the inner rim of your bottom lashes with a white eye pencil.

5. You should find a pair of false lashes that is right for your eye shape and make it your best bud. False lashes can instantly make your eyes look 100 times bigger

ok the best way i no to make eyes look bigger it to take a natural colored eye liner[what ever works for your skin tone] and go half way across your bottom eye lid, rite along the lashes. you can also add eye liner to the top and go half way across this way it brings out your whole eye! good luck
