I'll be OK with Libby going to prison for a faulty memory only when Sandy Berger goes to jail for accidently putting Top Secret documents that painted a less than admirable picture of Clinton's role in the events leading up to 9/11 in his pants and then "forgetting" about them, then replacing them with different documents than those he took. With that as a criteria, Libby should be able to walk the streets for the rest of his life.
