are degrees from Swiss hotel Schools like Glion recognised in India?

yes. swiss schools are looked at as far superior in india. many of my indian friends have come to switzerland for that reason. as long as you get the degree from swiss. you'll be fine. it may be hard to change schools midway and transfer credit to you indian school though.
having an international degree especially from a country that specializes in hospitality will always look good on a resume
