Does anyone have any information on the Olympian Goddess of Night? I've read the information posted on Wikipedia, but was wondering if anyone had any other information--what incenses were used to venerate her, what oils she enjoyed, type of food, etc.

Pine wood was used as an offering during the Roman times.
And in my opinion, jasmine and myrrh smell of night.
I hope these help some. She is a difficult goddess to find.

Night , in Greek mythology, daughter of Chaos and wife of Erebus, or Darkness. In Hesiod's poem Theogony, the children of Night included Death, Sleep, Dreams, the Fates, Nemesis, and the Hesperides. According to other accounts, however, the Fates were the children of Zeus and Themis, and the Hesperides were the daughters of Atlas and Hesperis.
This was from a different sorce.
NYX was the goddess of the night, one of the ancient Protogenoi (first-born elemental gods).In the ancient cosmogony of Hesiod she was born of Air (Khaos), and breeding with Darkness (Erebos) produced Light (Aither) and Day (Hemera), first components of the primeval universe. Alone, she spawned a brood of dark spirits, including the three Fates, Sleep, Death, Strife and Pain.Nyx was a primeval goddess usually represented as simply the substance of night: a veil of dark veil of mist drawn forth from the underworld which blotted out the light of Aither (shining upper atmosphere). She was only occasionally personified as a winged goddess or charioteer. Her other half was Hemera (Day), the scatterer of night, a goddess barely distinguishable from Eos (the Dawn).

Nyx (night) is the daughter of Chaos. From her sprang Light. From Erebus and Nyx, her bother, sprang Hypnos the god of sleep. Who was the brother of
Thanatos.
