HORRIBLE!!!!!! I cant express myself any more than that. Its the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I had a problem where someone else (don't know who) stoled my checkcard, or perhaps I just misplaced it and got into the wrong hands. I reported instantly. I went to the bank myself signed an affidavit because there was about 4 things that were charged on my card. They never did anything about it. I had to end up paying about 400.00 out of my pocket to make my account clear. I closed it after! Suntrust is a horrible bank. My mother has that bank and they are not easy to talk to and they have so many fees for every little thing. Another thing if you dont deposit your check at a certain time they charge you a fee. That is my mother's account. So I dont know much about it as I explained I closed mine a while ago. I just know in my personal opinion Suntrust is not a good bank to deal with. You might want to try Bank of America or Wachovia. Those 2 are great banks! They are always helpful.

No, I worked there for five minutes. Try Bank of America if you want good branch coverage or a credit union.

BOA and Sun(I don't)Trust are kinda shady....You might want to try Wachovia or Chase if they're available in the area
