I had a Toshiba Sattelite 1805-S203 for awhile, theyre easy to clean.

Compressed air is fine. If something gets stuck it is very simple to pop the key up to remove it. If you need something more in depth you can remove the keyboard and clean it that way. The keys can be removed and gotten wet, then wipe down the rest.

If you remove the keyboard, mark every single screw! Otherwise there is no way you'll ever get them all back in the proper hole.

I use pure 90% alcohol that i can buy from my local pharmacy. but i don't know if this can be found in too tough and big countries like UK or USA.

this helps all the computer shine, and clear.
Also perfume, but i won't say that is good, beause it may keep sticky things. Best is go to your local computer shop and ask there. They should have those napkins for special cleaning.

i would suggest a vaccum for dust and "chips and things" some will tell you to use compressed air, but that can just push the "stuff" further into the keyboard...for those sticky instances, use alcohol wipes, or a damp warm cloth....Of course make sure it's turned off first
