Very cute, and simple names.
I really like the name William, so I think it should be George William, but I think Michael sounds better with George so I'd go with GEORGE MICHAEL if i were you.
For the Girl's name I like LILLIA MAE, it sounds so pretty and is definatly unique... -- to things that I love!

I prefer George William, since George Michael is a singer who has been arrested for naughty behavior. For girls I like Lillia Mae better-my daughter's middle name is Mae, plus to me Annabella sounds like a cow.

They are all lovely names. I personally like Lillia Mae (my sister's middle name with the proper spelling and all) better, your other girl name reminds me of a name for a cow. I do like George for a name, have you considered William Michael or Michael William to honor both your father's? Good luck, it took us forever to come up with a name.

George is a little old fashioned for my taste, but a good solid name.
Lillia is pretty- and I think it would be nice paired with Claire instead of Mae. But pretty eithe way.

they kinda sound like old grammy and grampy names... but i guess lillia mae would be my fave out of the three
when i worked at bugaboo and had a fake name it was annabella... people always asked me if i was named after my grandmother
