I think its really stupid that the newspapers and magazines thinks its ok to be size 0 but then its not ok to be size 18 if your famous. Ok the people who are like size 18 may die soon but the size 0s might too! being size 0 is also bad for your health!! I know that lots of people want to be skinny and everything but being size 0 is not the solution!

You are soo right! There is so much pressure in this world to be sickly thin! People get critisized for being over weight, but how come people dont for being under weight! i mean, it looks worse! i know i dont want to people's bones sticking out of their bodies!

example im size 0 and im in mid 20, im not on diet, i dont exercise, it just my body structure, being small and petite. I dont think it is not healthy for me being size 0, because it fit my bmi, my weight, my height, and its my body structure. It like others girl body structure being tick. I think it is NOT healthy being size 0, when u're on different diets, starve yourself to be size 0, and it does not fit ur bmi. i think nichole richie was small and petite by nature, that was her structure and methabolism, it just media was too overhealm on her, looking for new stories for their stupid celeb. magazines like Star, and others....

absolutely true, but it's not so much the size as it is fat percentage. a woman's body requires at least ten percent body fat to the healthy, a man requires at least six percent.
