um like i have answers on whats the best place to train pokemons in pokemon emerold besides da elite four can u battle steven anytime in pokemon emerold or onlii once

Battle trainers again and rechallenge the gyms. The Elite 4 will offer more experience quickly, but trainers and gym rechallenges can be just as good.
