Get yourself one of those footbath things. Soak in the water with some kind of oil added to the water. I use lavender oil. Soak for about 20 minutes. Then take a foot scrubber and sand bottoms of feet. Especially the heels. The foot scrubber I use I got at The Body Shop. Then I trim and file toe nails. Get a good peppermint lotion and apply to feet. Once again the body shop will have all these great products for feet . I then use peppermint refreshing foot spray. It feels wonderful. Then apply a coat or two of base coat and then apply your color and then top coat. your own pedicure!!!
