Your bank should be able to give you the details of the merchant which debited your account. I suggest you contact your bank and dispute the charge as soon as possible.

Your bank should be able to help. They might be able to find out which bank account the money went to. If the payment wasn't authorised, then they should give you a refund. Also try trading standards.

I think it is a fee for being overdrawn. The best bet is to phone your bank, if it has a 24 hr helpline, or speak to them tomorrow.

i wud assume telesvcfee means telephone service fee??? i think, ask your bank and they will let you know who exactly took the money
