if babies come from the vagina then who had the first kid

Ha Ha Ha! How old are you? They come from the uterus, out of the vagina. Duh!!

Two things are needed to make a baby: a sperm cell (which is in a males balls) and an egg cell(in the ladies belly). A man makes the sperm cell inside his body and a woman makes the egg cell inside her body.
Both the sperm cell and egg cell are very small. You would need a microscope to see them in real life. A microscope is like a magnifying glass, only much stronger.
A male puts his Penis into a womans Vagina and thrusts in and out for about 1minute, then he blows the sperm cell from his Balls all the way up threw his penis and into the womans vagina.
the sperm cell then travels to all the egg cells.
When the sperm cell and the egg cell meet each other, they make a tiny baby that's smaller than a grain of salt. The baby will grow inside a special place in woman's body called the uterus. After about nine months, the baby will come out as a little boy or girl.

The mommy eats lots of food that makes her belly big... when she has eaten enough her and the daddy go to the hospital and pick up the baby that the stork left there for them. They stay there a few days to make sure the baby wasn't damaged in flight.

Didn't you ever have a cabbage patch doll? the cabbage patch of course!!! That is where my two came from. When a man loves a woman, they go to the cabbage patch and pull a baby out by its toes. Like picking carrots.
