Of course. The PS3 is a rip off. Wii and 360 rule. Wii gets you active as well as having fun.

I have a Wii and it is great fun, especially Sonic and the Secret Rings. It is not, technically a better console than the PS3 but some features are more thought through, such as backwards compatibility, which is around 35% for European PS1/2 games on the PS3, whereas there backwards compatibility rate for Nintendo games are 100%, including Virtual Console games going back 20 years.

The PS3 is only really good if you have a HDTV and/or are interested in Blu-Ray. Otherwise the Xbox 360 is the better option.

Put it this way, the Wii is an Aston Martin, the PS3 is a Ford GT - the PS3 is technically better, but not the one I would go for.

wii is cheaper, more fun and family orientated and great for kids, ps3 has better graphics, more support, more mature games, is cooler but costs a hell of a lot more.

the choice is yours
