How can I shake the feeling of him cheating? It's not that i'm insecure, i honestly think it's my "woman's intuition". I'm very perceptive. Something just doesn't feel right, but I love him so much and I've invested a lot into this relationship. He is in the process of moving to L.A.; (we live in sf/bay area) and I asked him would he ever cheat on me while he is out there. He said, "I'll try not to". It's not that he doesn't care about me, he wants to marry me and he wants me to have his kids. I'm 20 and he's 24. The second he told me "he'll try", I told him "It's a wrap, and I'm done with you". But he begged me to come back. He's leaving in a couple of months (he sending for me in fall); I just feel like he is a mistake. But I "love" him. I'm sorry but trying is not enough for me. I know I would never betray him like that, for a fact. I would break up with someone before cheating on someone; that's the ultimate humiliation and disrespect in my eyes. We've been together for a 1yr

He is not a bad guy at all; i'm just asking how can I not worry about what he may or may not be doing. I want to be able to trust him; but after telling me that "he'll try", i'm losing faith in his stregnth and will. Is it really that hard to be faithful to the one you love? Is it really worth losing the one you love for some quick/easy puss?

It seems that there is more than what you are writing. Have you had this feeling before, otherwise why would you ask him if he would be unfaithful.
Is going to be a long year for you hon, if you can trust him is better to let him go. I'm a true believer of the saying "if you love someone let them go, if it comes back it was meant to be."
There is nothing worse than to image the man you love with someone else. At the end your relationship is going to suffer, even if he doesn't cheat you are always going to have that feeling that he may had cheated. The fact that he said that he will try just makes things harder.

First of all you are only 20 and yall been together for one year that ain't nothing. if he didn't tell u he ain't going to cheat on you then i would have a little remoise fore the guy but he said he'll try , that's bs and you know it . come on now he going to LA where all the party's, clubs, gurls you know he's up to something but you have to move on if you don't trust him because with out trust u have nothing. you better live your life.

i think if he say he try that not a good answer to me somewhere along the line he might cheat on you and not say so i think its best if u ask him directly if he has every cheat on u before he leaves you to move to LA good luck i hope its the answer u want to hear that he tell you

it doesn't matter how much you love him... just with that answer, "i'll try"... get the hell out of there asap. i'm 20 too, and i've been with my boyfriend for 2 years... i know he would never say that, but if he did, i would leave him no matter what else he said... "i'll try"... that's just not right... if he loved you he would've said something like "of course babe, you are the only one for me..." or something like that... sorry girl
