There is no question the US has single handedly been the most destructive force the world has ever know! Over our entire shameful history we have done nothing but bring misery to the world. As liberals we should stop using code words and start saying how we really feel. If we do not start saying what we all believe then we can never change this cournty for the better!!!! Why has it become "en vogue" for liberals to cite every problem in the world as being the fault of our country? If your statement had any grain of truth to it at all then liberals are as much at fault as conservatives. Both have had control at one time or another over the last several decades.
Everything you really need to know about foreign policy you can get from something one of my favorite authors wrote. It's better to have the respect of others than be liked by them. And usually a lot more realistic.

Because we´re not all liberals overseas. And we don´t need to be liberal to be green, social responsible, for free education etc...
I´m still for free market
Nowhere in the world except for Iran are conservatives as selfish as in the US.
Nevertheless, US stopping oppressing (and dooming) the world would be great !
