You sure the Council are happy for you to use that sort of car as a taxi? They're normally a bit bigger . . .

I used to work for a vauxhall main dealer.

the TD 16v unit has an ECU-controlled pump. You would need to take it to a main dealer and they should be able to help you or point you in the right direction.
