Pick two of the points. Then you can use the slope formula to determine slope:

(y2- y1)/(x2 - x1)
(16014.55 - 11188.72)/(2-1) = 4825.83

then use the formula for the equation of a line - y = mx + b

11188.72 = (4825.83)(1) + b
6362.89 = b

y = 4825.83 + 6362.89
