I want to buy this on DVD but found out that its not on dvd I was just wondering what channel it played on so that i can email them and ask if they could play it one day. does anyone have it on tape or something? I would love to have this movie. Please Let me know something. Thanks

The 1995 remake of the original Escape to Witch Mountain (1975) aired on April 29, 1995 on ABC. The movie was made as an intended pilot for a possible TV series to be called "Witch Mountain", but ratings for the original broadcast were poor, and the series was never made.
Though it's unlikely that ABC would consider re-airing the movie, take heart in the knowledge that you're not the only fan - a group called the National Society of Fans of Witch Mountain have put together a club and a website, which can be found at the link below.
While copies of the 1975 original are readily available, the 1995 film is harder to track down. Check the message board at IMDB, and you'll find someone offering a DVD copy for sale, and about 10 people begging to buy it. Good luck!

I believe it was played on the "Family Channel" (channel 51 cable) or at least that's the channel I remember watching it on.

i believe it's a disney movie, so the disney channel, or perhaps ABC would be a great place to start

The original 1975 version is much much better and it's available.
