I just need some pros and cons about the best cell phones to use and whats a good, avg rate as far as monthly charges

well, i am not sure about the cell phone itself as far as quality and the like. but for the average person, probably like 700-1000 minutes a month is good. depending on how much you like to talk that is. anytime minutes are minutes you use ANYTIME of the day, evening and night,weekends...whatever. some plans have free nights and weekends though. good luck

You asked about the KRZR. That phone is carried by Sprint, Verizon, Cingular and some other small carriers like MetroPCS.
The KRZR is a slimer RAZR with a better camera and a music player.
Anytime minutes is what you would be using during the week. These minutes are the ones you must look out for. The major wireless providers usually have mobile to mobile and unlimited nights and weekends.
When you look at plans you want to pick one that would cover your usage for the month during peak times (anytime minutes).
Sprint, Cingular and Verizon plans are almost duplicate.
