Bad comes in all races! And oh yes there are bad white neighborhoods! Just look at The Jerry Springer show, how would you like them white folk for your neighbors? Now that would be bad!!!
Seriously a bad neighbor hood, is one with a high crime rate, poorly maintained homes, bad schools etc. etc. Is this due to race, or people who ruined their own neighborhoods? I have seen great areas, turn bad because the people moving there had no interest in what they lived in. Do you believe all ghettos were ghettos to begin with, not so many were nice areas, that went downhill due to the people who moved there, and turned them into bad areas! Such as breakiing windows, houses not painted, drugs, other crimes, etc. etc. and this is in all areas, with all different races, such a shame, for the good people who live in these areas. Look around you will see this in every city, in all races. Now there are racist who believe a bad area is a black area, but that is their ignorance!!!!

depends on where you are, there are some really dumpy areas around Boston where white ppl live. Like South Boston and certain parts of Quincy. But that's why I get mad when ppl make it seem like only black neighborhoods can be ghetto. All races in all states have a ghetto, it's not just a black thing. it's about atmosphere. If you're in an area where the crime rates high and the job opportunities are scarce most likely it's going to become a ghetto.
Hey!!! Tony Rabbi's from my neck of the woods!! HEY TONY! lol.

For me - a bad neighborhood has crime, or houses that look rundown and vacant, and yes, in the city where I live, there are bad areas that are completely white. East Mansfield or Madison are considered the slums of my city, and there are only whites living here.
My city has a population of about 50,000.

There are parts of Dorchester in Boston that are considered pretty rough, and have a good number of white people. It's crime that makes a neighborhood bad, not the color of people's skin.

There's alot around here in the South East of London. I don't think the dominant race in a neighbourhood really makes a difference to the neighbourhood though. Crime rates, health care, job opportunities etc are good or bad no matter what race is dominant in a city.

bumping music, cars on blocks, cars on the lawn, unmowed grass, trash bags not in containers, beer bottles in the yard, toys scattered everywhere, a pit bull tied up in the front yard, dog poo all over the place, kids playing in the street or just screaming in general.
Yes there are white neighborhoods like that as well as anyother group.

a bad neighborhood is where lots of crime occurs and you have to watch you back to be safe, it has nothing to do with race and there are several all over the US
