Yeah there's a community of pokemon players who play on P.C (anyone game that has come out) and battle each other online it's called meta battle I think it's not official but it is on the P.C. and for download.

Apparently there's one called Pokémon Play It, but I can't find any information on that beyond the fact that it's listed as a PC game. If I remember right, it might be the free game that came with a pack of Pokémon cards, mat, booklet and other things.

Apart from that, only fan-made games.

The emulated games mentioned by the other person are actually illegal to download and play in most countries, including the UK and US.

I don't think there is, but you can download any pokemon game, basically, and play them on your computer, by using emulators. and playing roms. For example, look up "Game Boy Color Emulator" and "Pokemon Yellow Rom" Then download them both, and install the emulator, then open the rom in the emulator

you should only stay with the games that are like red and blue because they are the only good ones (btw if you like pokemon games wait for diamond and pearl)
