I am a little over 28 weeks and having light abdominal discomfort. It comes and goes, could these be Braxton Hicks or just my uterus stretching?? This is my first pregnancy so I have no idea what a Braxton Hicks feels like.

Could be either one. It's really hard to tell you specifically, because everyone single woman & pregnancy is different.

Braxton Hicks are irregular, painless muscle contractions - your belly gets very tight and hard. They come and go.
It could also be your round ligaments...they're stretching to accommodate the load you'll be carrying! There are several funky things that happen when your body is preparing to carry and give birth to a baby.
I think it's totally normal/nothing to worry about. Happened to me.
Can't hurt to mention it to your doc either of you're concerned.

Congrats

Could be BH but it could also just be the fact that well your big now and your stomach is just not in a very comfortable state.

It is likely it is your uterus stretching.
