Because my boss was not there. He feels there is nothing he can do about it. Now she knows that she can get away with bullying me. What can I do to keep her from bullying me?

Why does your boss feel that there is nothing that can be done? If there were other people then the situation should have been looked into. I think that the severity of what was said needs to be addressed. Did she embarrass you, or did she threaten bodily harm? There is a difference in what was done. You can try the H/R route, or take matters into your own hands....word of advice, Don't get caught.

If things don't get better look for something else. Lifes to short.

Get yourself a motto: What goes around comes around, or my favorite- Paybacks a B****!!!

Good Luck

just because he didnt witness it, doesnt mean it didn't happen.
Tell your boss you need him to mediate the situation between you and the skanky ***** (dont call her that, tho!) and then work it out amongst the three of you.

You could act like you got a pair. But I guess that would involve you doing something.

Are you six? Stand up to this person. Why are you tolerating bullying?
