Do 365 people own 40% of the world's wealth?

That's what I read in one answer here. Is it true? Can someone tell me about it, or share links?

It's not quite that bad. It's certainly true that a rich few control a huge percent of the world's wealth, but I think it's more like the top 1% that control 40% of the world's wealth. That would be a few million people (or at least many thousands), not 365.
