Why is the government stepping in to try and keep people from crossing the street while wearing an iPod? That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Are New Yorkers just so lame that they need the government to step in and control every factor in their life? 3 pedestrians are killed and we have a major crisis?

Dude! I totally hear you!

They need to teach the cabbies how to use brakes. It's a much better solution than banning people from listening to music while out jogging.

What do you think I'm going to do? Get in my car or on a train, and drive to Central Park, then find parking if I did drive, just so I can jog with my headphones on?

Oh wait... cars go through the park too...

How laim.
