The smell of a guy after he has been working on a car...well as long as he is cute. That is in a good way btw.
Oh I forgot the bad one, I hate the smell of vanilla...puke.

Nice question.. Just off the top of my head, I would say a woman's hair smelling clean is such a TURN ON..
The smell I can't stand is burning plastic.
