I just tried to ask this question, but it wouldn't post. I am 13 almost 14 weeks pregnant?

and when I get up to pee for the first time during the night, I have cramps. Its just the first time and always at night. If I get up other times at night, I am fine. It doesn't burn like a bladder infection. Anyone know what is going on?

The pain is because the uterus is pressing against your bladder. The more urine in your bladder or the longer you hold it (or sleep) the worse the pain gets. Luckily (somewhat) when we get to be about 30+ weeks pregnant you can't sleep through anything so it's not too terrible.
