Classing rewind is channel 15 and it plays all songs from the 70's and 80's and I think sometimes the 90's

There isn't one really that plays ALL music from the 70s, 80s and 90s. You can try Sirius 12 - Super Shuffle which pulls music from anywhere including 70's, 80's and 90's. That's probably the closest you're going to get. Hair Nation is just hair rock from whatever decade although that tends to be mainly 80's. Classic Vinyl is Classic Rock, no matter what the decade is so it's typically 70's and 80's. First Wave is 80's and 90's New Wave but you won't hear rock on there. Strobe plays 70's, 80's and 90's disco and dance music.
