While I don't know if paidforpics.com is legit, insurance companies use them all the time. I was recently notified that the company that insures my home is going to be sending someone out to do just this, drive-by appraisals for home valuations. I kind of disagree with it because they are placing a value without appraising the interior - but still they do it. If you don't like the paisforpics.com, it did look a little cheezy - contact some insurance companies they may do this internally or home inspection companies in your area.

Hi!
Scam. I mean..think about it...the whole pitch here is you'll be working for local banks and whatnot. Why do you need to waste $160 on a manual to do something like this? You don't..of course.

If it this is legit and something a bank or morgage company would actually pay for ?
Go talk to a bank offical or the manager of a morgage company to see if this is real or not. If so..go for it..and don't waste the $160 on a manual for "secrets" that you don't need.

I will warn you..a person doing photography for a living typically has several thousand in equipment alone. I'm not saying you need all that for this..but I do know several professional photographers..it's not a easy business to be in..costs are very tough.
