You should be able to see a doctor for cheap or free at your local public health department. You will usually have to provide proof of residence and other documents regarding your financial or job status - so call before you go down there to see what you will need.
The wait times down there are usually long, unfortunately. So bring a snack and plan to take a whole day. Get the earliest appointment you can in the day and preferably not on a Friday or Monday. If you live in a large city, I'd suggest not going to the main clinic unless you have to. There are usually satellite clinics that are less crowded. Also, many of these clinics utilize the top notch docs at any local medical universities. So you can get their expertise, and even referrals to their university clinics, if necessary, for free or reduced cost.
You definately do need a pap test as well as routine screenings for breast cancer. This needs to happen regardless of your miscarriage or abortion history. But that history does put you at greater risk.
First off, if you had a miscarriage you need to make sure that everything has passed from the baby out of your body. You can have significant health complications if this has not occured.
Secondly, the jump in hormones and then sudden loss of hormones can do bad things to our bodies. Cells may respond in unhealty ways to this. So you need a checkup. There is a link between hormones and tumor growth - non cancerous and cancerous.
Finally, breast cancer tends to occur in particular types of breast glands. This type of gland increases during pregnancy and then many of the new glands change during a full term pregnancy to a type that is less involved in breast cancer risk. So if a pregnancy ends early, for whatever reason, you increase your breast cancer risk because the glands that cancers are most prone to occur in have increased in number (they never change to the glands they were set up to become to help you breastfeed).

Call up a local Planned Parenthood. All their services are charged on a sliding scale, so you can get very low-cost sexual health care if you are broke. If you live in a largeish town or city, look up "free clinic", too... you'll have to wait a long time, probably, but that's what these things are designed for. Or call up your county health department: usually they have some provisions for basic health care for the uninsured.

Go to your heatlh department. They give exams there and the visit is either free or very cheap. I know it may not sound like something you want to do, but you really should see a doctor. And that is what the health dept. is for, people who cant afford medical attenion. I hope everything turns out ok.
