They typically are only available to the waitresses. After that, you can find them on Ebay.
I have not seen them at a Hooters store or website as they seem to not want to sell their uniform.
Do a search for HOOTERS UNIFORM SCRUNCHIE SOCKS, and you should find them.

I never really noticed if they had special socks or not...Yes, check their website, everything is for sale in the "hooters store".

Yep, my favourite part of a woman is her socks.
Should be quite easy to find as "Hooters" is very popular. I'm sure someone will have marketed replica uniforms.
